Doctor's visit results

Well the doctors appointment went well. I went in with my hubby and planned to tell the doctor about all of my concerns. But before I could start telling him how tired and lethargic he had gotten over the last year or so he told him himself. I was so relieved that he told him. I expressed my concern about diabetes and he said he would have bloodwork done to check all the possible causes of exhaustion. He has arthritis and has terrible pain in his feet, knees and back. He also mentioned that hubby should be doing some form of exercise. I am hoping he will decide to go to the gym with me before long. This morning he went to the lab for his bloodwork and hopefully things will turn around for him shortly. Now I am trying to come up with something easy and quick for dinner. I just took a pork tenderloin out of the freezer but I don't know if it will thaw out in time. I may have to nuke it. Anyone know an easy pork tenderloin recipe? Well, I guess I will check out my numerous cook books.

Hope your hubby feels better, now he has Dr.running his test. Sometimes the not knowing makes one more stressed.
Pork roast sounds good.

Having arthritus like that could make it difficult to do some exercising. Hope it all works out just fine. 'On Ya'-ma

I was exhausted for twelve years before they worked out it was diabetes

Could write to me about Bichon Frise and grooming requirements?

Hi Kathy,

Hope it all works out for your Hubby. Like you said diabetes is treatable. Keep us updated!!

PS - I did a pork roast in the crock pot with fresh apple cider, sauerkraut and celery seeds. I added apples the last 10 minutes.
