A little disappointment.......

Well, I didn't get an adjustment today. The doctor's office called me this morning and said the doctor who was to do my fill had called in sick today. She has her own practice and only comes to our office once a week so I guess I will have to wait for an opening now. Darn!! Hopefully it will be next Friday. I went to the gym for my workout and when I got home hubby and I went to our favorite Thai restaurant for lunch. I only ate a small portion of mine and intended to finish it for dinner but I didn't and now it's too late to eat. I have to eat earlier due to my reflux issues. I don't know what we are doing for the weekend. My hubby is working on some projects in the garage so he'll probably do that. I would like to see the movie "The Time Traveler's Wife" Anybody see it? I am going to watch the Neil Diamond special on TV now. Have a good weekend.

Kathy....I guess even doctors get sick! I am so sorry to know that you could not move forward with your plan!'s a virtue (not one of mine but still...).
My daughter is seeing that movie right now. So, I'll let you know. I want to see Julie & Julia...but I need to finish the book first. From what I hear--Julie & Julia (the movie) makes you very hungry! At the moment...I am very tight due to stress so I should probably see the movie soon!
Keep the faith that your Lapband will serve you well.
Thai food is something I have never had...which is funny since I have probably had every other food (although I hate Indian food!)
I hope you can get your fill on Friday!
And, I hope you can see a movie this weekend!

Oh, I hope you get an appointment soon.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but it's on my list. I loved the book.

I am still fighting with the insurance company. Seems that I can only come up with a three year weight history. They want a record of my weight over the last five years, and it seems that year 1 and 2...I only saw the ENT - who didn't weigh me, and a a Neurologist - who is now retired and closed his practice. I am so bummed out about this. I had surgery twice during those two years - but the hospital changed hands since. This is driving me nuts.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Win those boots!!!! I saw Neil Diamond in concert about 10 years ago. It was so wonderful, I still drool over it now. He has always been a favorite.
